This was one of the first places we stopped at the start of a week long university visit road trip. We were visiting the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and decided to stay here before reaching Philly. We got there at night and it looked kind of scary from the outside and maybe not so safe but the person working at the lobby assured us it was. The hotel smelled pretty bad like cigarettes and the ceilings were sunken in and the foyer looked unappealing. The room was just alright, pretty nasty actually. We got a room with double beds and the room smelled bad and one of the beds was sunken in with a fairly large concave spot in the middle. The bathroom was kind of gross and there was no ventilator to let out water vapor from the shower so moisture deterioration to fixtures and the ceiling was evident. Overall it's just not very pretty but it's ok if you just need a spot to crash and leave the next day. Probably not a place you would like to stay for an extended period of time. It's actually pretty expensive too for a motel of its quality. We stayed at much nicer motel 6's for $10-$15 lower than this one.
