PF Changs is to Asian as Olive Garden is to Italian. If you do not understand this, I am truly sorry. The restaurant decor is nice, Disney like, but very LOUD music piped in, like I am at a bar at Friday's (another chain I stay away from). The WORST egg drop I have ever had...slighlty brown, gray gummy liquid with carrot pieces and not one scallion slice...tasteless, gummy (did I already say this?). Hot and sour soup, also gummy, and very sweet, not hot and sour.
Lettuce wraps were a bit better, although I was supposed to add my own "seasoning" choices of hot mustard, chil sauce, or potsticker dip, which I did not get until I had eaten half of them.
My almond chicken was fair, my husband's salmon bland and very small portion.
I will not be going back, heading for take out at Lim Fong's down the road, at half the price and good asian. Lim Fog's may not be the best Chinese I have had, but it certainly beats PF Chang by a long shot.
