“Doing the little things right!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

We arrived very late and our room heat never kicked on. I called the desk and they responded immediately. They very quickly determined that working on it would be time consuming and given the late hour, they immediately moved us so we could sleep. Thank you! Immediate, decisive and helpful. By the way, the showers have great water pressure.

This past Sunday we held a Cub Scout Blue & Gold banquet in the Crystal Room at the Radisson. Andrea, our Catering Coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She made good recommendations and made sure we didn't leave anything out! The Radisson was very accommodating through out. As a non-profit, we have a tight budget to adhere to. With our budget in mind, they were very flexible with the menu options and various things one needs when having a banquet for 150 people. The day of the event, the staff and maître d' was courteous, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't want watery/runny eggs. They actually wrote that into the contract and did not disappoint upon execution. The food and service were excellent. The room and décor were beautiful and tasteful. everything looked much more elegant than our budget could afford. I'm a stickler for nice, clean restrooms. I have no complaints there! I would definitely book another large party there again!

If you have reason to stay in Freehold this is a good hotel. Convenient location off of 537, it's near the Freehold Raceway mall, the rooms are nice and up to date, and the hotel staff is friendly & helpful. Checks all my boxes for a simple overnight stay!

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms (Sleepnumber beds), good food, good bar, good value. Rooms have large flat screen TV's and an unusually large channel line up.

The staff is outstanding - always friendly, courteous, and willing to go out of their ways to be helpful. Whether you are greeted by Baha, Jenna, Jennifer, Nicole, Kirsten, Samantha, Todd, or anyone else they genuinely appreciate your business and make you want to come back and stay again.

Unless you arrive late you will usually find complimentary fruit or fresh baked cookies at the desk.

Hundreds of nights in dozens hotels have given me an appreciation of the better ones and whenever I am in the Freehold area this one quickly became the ONLY hotel I consider.

Give the breakfast buffet a try too.

Room Tip: Nice room amenities - coffees, teas, water, etc. Fitness room has free weights and two treadmills...

We were with a large party who stayed in the hotel for 2+ weeks recently, and the staff here was amazing. So nice, so polite, and just great all around. Kiersten was a pleasure to talk to during the day, and Phil, the night guy, is the man. Seriously dude, you rock. Thank you everyone, see you soon! -BFG

Great hotel as I am here long term due to a broken pipe in my house. Staff are great as well as very clean rooms! The only 2 problems is they do not in force the smoking by the front door rule. The sign is very clear that the area is no smoking but on any given day there are tons of people smoking and putting cigarettes in the garbage. Coming in and out with small children guests should not walk through tons of people smoking. Also they do not in force any noise issues at night with all the drunk people staying over from weddings. The hotel is very clean and staff are extremely friendly!

For the past month my family has been staying at the Raddison in Freehold, NJ.
In the middle of the day a water pipe burst in house. This caused a large amount of flooding and destroyed everything in the downstairs area of the house. After assessing the damage we were not going to be able to stay there at the house until all repairs were done.
I called a number of hotels, motels, even a holiday inn, but all the prices were not reasonable for an extended stay.
When I called the Raddsion I was able to get in touch with John who was actually able to help me and my family out.
He was very nice and seemed sincerely concerned with me and my family’s needs. He told us to come in , he’d have a room ready.
When we arrived he made sure everything was comfortable for us. He even provided a microwave and an air mattress to make things feel more like home. The next day we came back from looking at the house and we clearly were not in a good mood and stressed out. John said hello and asked about how everything was with the house. He saw that we were upset and he handed us 2 drink tickets and said “go have a drink and relax”. It was a small gesture but at the time it meant the world. Whenever John is working my we always take the time to have a brief conversation with him. We are still at the hotel at the moment and he has been the same as he was the first time we walked in. He was alone one Saturday and the hotel was a little chaotic due to a wedding. He was able to keep his cool and make sure everything calmed down.
It’s really assuring that during a dark time for my family that someone was able to help us out and make sure we felt like we were home.
