My wife and I have become very fond of Alan Meinster's Marsilio's Kitchen in it's Ewing location, now that it has a full service bar. Alan is one of Trenton's culinary stars, and his restaurant does not disappoint, bringing consistently delicious food to your table every time. Shane the bartender is a pleasant, engaging young man who makes a great Manhattan - a nice start to a tasty dinner. I'm partial to veal when it's well prepared, and Marsilio's does it first rate. The Chicken Cacciatore has been a menu staple for many years, and is worthy of praise. When in doubt, you can choose the "I Can't Decide" menu options, which offer a smorgasbord of items, rather than a single dish. Be prepared to take some food home when you come here, because the portions are very generous. Marsilio's Kitchen is no secret around here, so make reservations before you go, or you may be disappointed when you don't get a seat!
