Excellant for the price, the room was clean, the service was very good, good 24 hour reataurants are within a mile of the motel, beautiful area but in the middle of no where, I have reservations to stay there next week and will use this motel in the future on company business and possibly vacation.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Arrived later in the evening just to stay overnight before departing in early am for vacation. Room took a little long to cool down. Would probably stay again if needed to leave out of Newark Airport. Overall a nice experience!

We stay at this Hampton every few months, and have always taken the shuttle to get there. The shuttle is fast, the drivers are polite and efficient, and the front desk clerk is always polite and helpful. Beds are sparkling clean and rooms are well taken care of.
If you drive from the airport, however, ignore your GPS. It will tell you that "your destination is on the right", and it is, but there is a concrete curb lane divider in the road keeping you from making a turn into the driveway. SO frustrating to see the hotel and not be able to get to it. We went around literally three times trying different exits before I finally just jumped the curb with the car. Figured the damage to the car (turned out not to be any) would be less than the damage to our marriage if we both went crazy.
Once we arrived, everything was fine. Take the shuttle. ;-) Breakfast in the morning is a perfect fast business breakfast, coffee in the room is surprisingly good.

Room Tip: They are all good!

Stayed a night on the 19th of June, 2013 before catching my connection back to India the next day. The staff was really friendly and extremely helpful especially Arlene, Benito, Javier and Cesar. Had a really comfortable stay.

Hotel was an amazing bargain, considering the other options in NYC. We needed 2 queen beds for 2 parents and two teens, and there weren't many options at this price point. Our visit started a bit rocky when it took the shuttle nearly 40 minutes to pick us up at the airport. But Ramon, the shuttle driver, was the star! He told us all about the hotel, the area, the nearby restaurants, etc. Then he directed us to an amazing restaurant called Algarve. Ramon not only dropped us off at the restaurant, but also picked us up - for free! Not just us, but every Hampton Inn guest traveling in his van. We met guests coming and going who had visited this restaurant at his recommendation, and they all raved. When we told him we needed a cab into NYC in the morning, he called a guy at 10:00 at night, who called us right back, and now we have an SUV and driver to take us and our loads of luggage into the city tomorrow.

Oh- but you want to know about the hotel. Rooms are great - quiet, super clean with great amenities - fridge, microwave, chair, ottoman, desk with lots of plugs, and big selection of bath products. Lobby has coffee and herb teas available 24/7, and free breakfast in the morning. Comfy beds, crisp clean sheets and wide-screen TV. That, plus free wi-fi and free shuttle - what is not to love? Highly recommend this Hampton Inn, but be sure Ramon is on duty when you visit - he is worth the trip!

This hotel was one of the best of our 2 week trip. Stayed there two different times in the two weeks. Second was better than the first since we discovered the bottom 2 floors have new AC units and they clearer won the battle on a high 80's day. Higher floor was okay but a little on the warm side.
Staff are the greatest. Provided info on nearby restaurant (delicious), gave directions to find our rental car spot. Had a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport, invaluable when you are leaving at 5:00 am. Room was clean, large, business oriented or comfortable for the loungers.
We had a smile on our face even after a thirteen hour trip.
Oh yea, 6 minutes to the airport.

Room Tip: Bottom 2 floors have newer AC units. No restaurant on premises but several places deliver food
