NIce hotel, very clean, the room was always clean. stayed for 3 night with wife and three kids.room was a nice size, little tight with all the kids but we were fine.ate breakfast there every morning busy at times but the food was good and hot and the kids eat for free.close to large outlet mall but there are no conveince stores or gas stations in the area so come prepared.we drove for 15 minutes every morning to a parking lot in jersey city near the grove path station. parking was $7 a day and the path was only $2 each way to 33rd street or to wtc.the hotel staff tried to be very helpful but were short staffed so you did have some waiting for extra towels,linens and a seat at breakfast.

Great surprise when we arrived. Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are very nice. All requests were provided. Good shuttle service and always on-time. Breakfast was nice. Walk-in distance to the outlets. Just 5 minutes to EWR. No airport noise. Good alternative if visiting New York, without a car.

BEWARE! This is one of the worst areas to stay in. I was there for one night only to find out that my car was broken into. All Electronics where taken. After talking to the locals they all said it was a horible place to stay as the crime rate is really high because of the Jersey Garden Mall. If you do stay here, do NOT leave anything in your car! Just a huge warning!

This hotel is very well located. It's close to the Jersey Garden Mall (walking distance), it's also close to Ikea. The commute from here to the airport was great. We had booked here because of where it was located. We had heard this area was much safer than close to the airport. We took a cab one night to get to the Bon Jovi concert. The cab driver was very nice and gave us alot of tips. We went to NY one day and it was very easy to get there. Just take the shuttle to terminal P4, then take the airtrain to the train station. Once there hop on the one way to NYP. There is just one stop and you don't get off. The last stop is Madisson Square Garden where you will get off. Quite easy. The rate was $30/for two (one way). All in all, this hotel was great. We just regretted not spending more time directly in NY considering how easy it was to get there. Have fun.
