Ginza has yet to disappoint especially now that they offer an all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner option where you can order anything on their lunch or dinner menus and eat for more than you'd probably pay for one meal or 2-3 rolls. I also love that you can sit in the booths and have some privacy. Being a BYOB enhances the dining experience. I recently went with my daughter for my birthday lunch and we had a blast. We rarely eat at the hibachi station, but when we have, they've been gracious enough to cook my food in the kitchen since I don't eat meat and sometimes worry about cross-contamination of the proteins. The wait staff can vary in their levels of friendliness, but it's never compromised their efficiency. There are many Japanese restaurants within a five mile stretch, but Ginza, EHT is by far my favourite
