This used to be our "go-to" place for steak. There are now better Bergen County options that are easier to get into and a better value. The location is still good, with ample parking and a nice view of the NYC skyline (although the windows are kinda high to see it while seated). The service is also fairly good depending on which server you get and which section you are seated in. The wine selection is also excellent, although expensive. Our big gripes about the place are that the portion sizes have diminished over time, from ample to tiny (even the salads are small!), and the food quality has slipped a notch as well. It is also difficult to get a reservation at the time slot you prefer (at least for us). When you do arrive, there seem to be plenty of open tables that remain open throughout your meal, leading us to wonder, "why couldn't we have come earlier (or later)?". The killer though is the lack of value, with it's high "NYC" prices that are not commensurate with their shrinking portions.
