We were staying at this hotel while visiting family in the area so we were gone the better part of the day. When we checked in the room was freezing, when we came back at night the same. The heat had been turned down? off? during the day. When we asked about this we were told it was "corporate policy". Finally, we put the "do not disturb" sign on the door for the rest of our stay to keep the room warm. The hotel advertises 100% satisfaction guarantee, but we asked for a manager several times, never saw one, never received a credit. If you plan to stay there, be prepared to return to a freezing room late in the day.

Just stayed at this hotel over the weekend. It is brand new... great breakfast set-up (typical continental fare, good selection..and make your-own-waffles). Rooms were usual new Comfort Suites rooms. Decor inside, reminded me of a new Hampton Inn I had just stayed at awhile back. Staff was great, especially the front desk agents (Nina and Mr. Joe). Would definitely go back, if in the New Brunswick/Edison, NJ area.
