“Even wider variety than the Philadelphia Zoo!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2012

Cape May County Zoo is COMPREHENSIVE!! Unlike the Philadelphia Zoo, Cape May has camels, a black panther, and an OUTDOOR alligator exhibit-the only such East Coast exhibit that I know of!! Haven't seen them outdoors, since I went to Dorney Park in 1977!! The African Savannah section looks/feels like the real deal, complete with lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and zebras!

“A trip to the Zoo”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2012

My husband and I went to the zoo with 26 of our closest friends. We actually did a road trip with 13 cars. The zoo is a wonderful place for all ages, not just kids. The admission into the zoo is a donation at the door, and you walk wooden trails around seeing the animals. You can hear the Lion roaring from the entrance and he is my favorite to see any time we go. My least favorite was the snakes, but they are behind a glass wall. The park is clean and well maintained. There is a small eating area where you can purchase a sandwitch and a cool drink. They also have a few shops in case you want to purchase a few memories to take home. Its a good day and everyone should make it a trip to the zoo at least once a year.

“Small town, Big Zoo!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2012

Great place for family or just to relax on your own. You would not think that such a small town would have such a great Zoo and Park.

“It's all free!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2012

This is one of the nicest zoos I've ever been in! It was on our way home on the parkway, and we decided to stop by on our way back home. Even though none of the concession stands were open, everything else was. Glad we stopped!
