“Good diner food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2013

My daughter and I went last Sunday for breakfast...unfortunately the summer crowds have arrived and we had to wait. Once we were seated the service and meal were as expected...good diner breakfast food. My only complaint..and it isn't really a complaint... As we waited we could see people who had finished thier meals were sitting "chatting" and waiting for thier bill. It is nice not to be hurried in a 5 star restaurant...but this is a busy diner with MANY people waiting..waitstaff should get the check to a table and clear it once they have finished eating in hopes that they will leave!!!

“Something for Everyone's Taste”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2013

Court House Diner has a menu that will fulfill everyone in your parties tastes. Seafood, Italian, Greek, Specialty Salads, vegetarian and Grilled meats.

I had a Santorini Pita wrap. Hummus, tomato basil salsa, lettuce, cucumber, feta cheese and balsamic dressing. It was incredible! I ate every bite!

The portions were generous, the waitress was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was comfortable and clean. Prices were very reasonable.

“Can't beat it!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

As a long time Road Warrior I have eaten @ many Dinners and found this place to be in the top 5. Excellent fresh food, good service, clean &
great lighting for those who like to read while eating.
Had a $15.49 Grouper special that included soup, salad, bread, two sides and dessert. Everything was excellent from the homemade bread to a surprisingly fresh well prepared good portion of Grouper.
Will definitely be back when passing through the Area.

“Excellent surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013 via mobile

We stopped here because my 2.5 year old daughter decided that after a visit to the zoo she could not wait to get to Cape May to eat. I immediately judged this place by its looks and figured it would be just a run of the mill diner. It really doesn't look like anything special, but the food and service were outstanding. Hubby had some type of chopped salad with olives, roasted pepper, artichoke hearts, and ham. He said it was amazing, fresh, and filling. I had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. It came in a whole wheat flat bread with fresh baby spinach and tomato. This was truly delicious and fresh tasting. And honestly they were the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. My daughter had chicken strips and French fries. She said they were yummy. With a soda, milk, and tax.....the bill came out to $27. So worth it.

The host and wait staff were very friendly as well. And while the restaurant had a very tired and dated look, it was very clean.

“A reliable diner meal”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013 via mobile

Had another meal at this diner this past weekend. Food is typical diner fare and the servers are very friendly. I had the Greek salad and the Manhattan clam chowder. Both were good, though the chowder was a bit thicker than I prefer. Salads here are pretty good. If you are out and about you will get a good meal if you stop by this diner.
