We have just returned from a lovely July 4th weekend trip to our favorite town, Cape May. My husband and I usually travel with our young kids to this town, but for the second time we have come alone and ready to experience one of their beautiful Victorian Inns. The Jeremiah Hand house was available on short notice and we worried it would not be a great place to stay. We couldn't have been more wrong. The In is small but lovely and clean. The hosts are wonderful and the food is out of this world. Be warned, however, that it is a short hike to the beach, as a lot of Cape May B&B's are, but the walk is pleasant and the town is so gorgeous the walk is a pleasure. The Inn has some more modern amenities, such as a tv and dvd player in each room with dvd's available for guests use. We enjoyed watching a dvd one night after going out and I think a lot of couple's would enjoy this in inclement weather. I would recommend it on every level.
