It started st check in we have always had fourth floor rooms. We are checking in and discover they have us on the second floor. when we say was expecting a fourth floor(no children on fourth floor) we are told they have room 438 in corner if we would like to see it. After seeing it and saying its great we find out that our three day stay can not be since they have another repeat customer who has a "lock" on the room for one night so now we can not have the room. The posted LaMer policy is they do not commit to any room for your stay. We accepted the third floor corner. being told same as fourth well not so but lesson learned. Will most likely come back but will ask for a "lock" for our room number. The housekeeping and front desk great as always. Management who I think checked us in not so much.
