My wife and I stayed at the Wilbraham for our Anniversary weekend getaway. It is very easy to get to and located in the center of town. You can easily walk to most places in nicer weather. We checked in late and the instructions we were left for checking in were exactly correct. The suites building is newer, clean and quiet, set behind the Mansion. The elevator is slow and loud, especially if you are staying in Room #301 or #201, but there is not much foot traffic through the building and the elevator is not used very often. The room was exactly as pictured and larger than I expected. The bed was extremely comfortable for my liking and the Jacuzzi tub and the shower are huge. The gas fireplaces are a nice touch and there is a mini fridge in the closet. There is always hot water and water pressure was great! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we checked out, we were invited to use the Mansion for the rest of the day and come back for Tea and treats if we wanted. Great place to stay!
