I absolutely never felt this disrespected and derogated in my life. I called the front desk a few times to ask questions in regards to the motel and the rates. The lady in the front desk answered my questions thoroughly. However, I called a few more times after that to ask more questions. I assume she was frustrated due to the bombardment of questions. However, her job is to provide me with quick and thorough responses. As a prospective customer, I am obligated to have that right. Before I finalized my reservation, I asked my friends a few questions wondering if they would like to stay in this motel or not. Finally, we all came to a consensus that we would like to book a suite at the Jersey Cape Motel. I called the front desk and the same lady answered. I told her that I would like to stay for the weekend of June in the Jersey Cape Motel; instead of finalizing my reservation, she questioned me rudely on my age and my company's ages. I politely answered her question and told her I was 22 and my 3 guests are all 20. She stated that she is not sure whether or not we are allowed to stay in the motel. I asked her why is that? She responded "the motel has the right to deny any customer." Then I asked her why I was denied my right to stay in the motel, she hesitantly responded with the same reply. I do not know why I was either blacklisted or denied my right to stay in the motel. I was unreasonably upset with the family-owned motel. Disrespect and indignity was all I obtained from this motel.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE.
