It may have been OK in it's day but that day is done. OK it says I need to fill up this space so if you want a pizza it won't be here because the place is no longer in business. There are 4 other main pizza places in Wolfeboro to choose from. Anthony's. Louis'. Nolan's. Wolfgang's. Strange how they all have mens's first names. Anthony's seems to be our family favorite and the reason is that they are not afraid of garlic. They make a thin crust pizza. Louis' has a more substantial crust and has more oil making it more of a meal and definitely not a dieter's choice. I haven't tasted Nolan's yet so I can't comment there except to say they have brick ovens which means nothing. One can make a bad pizza in a good oven as well as one can make a good pizza in the standard pizza oven. None of the pizza available in Wolfeboro lives up to the pizza I remember from my youth and those were served in bowling alleys in two instances. The toppings these days are either factory spew or the bad dreams of chefs who think they are being creative.
