This family owned and operated Italian restaurant is well worth any detour. The food is superbly prepared, using only fresh ingredients. Everything is made by the chef-owner himself, taking no shortcuts with recipes. Some of the items on the menu take some time to prepare because the intricate recipes are made from scratch while you wait. But any wait is rewarded with melt-in-your mouth dishes. Moreover, this has always been the case: my husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for almost twenty years and we have never left disappointed. I recommend having a starter, a main dish and a dessert: from beginning to end, your meal will surely be memorably excellent.
