Went with three clients - so we had a Mexican, a Singaporean, a transplanted Brit, and a Canadian. I had been complaining for 3 days that I hadn't found any clam chwder in the three days I'd been in New England, so here was my chance. The chowder at Weathervane was terrific - two ud us had the clam chowder, one had the fish chowder - all were totally happy. On the other hand, 3 of us had the Lazyman's Lobster (two 1.5 lb lobsters, shucked and cooked in butter). All found the taste only so-so, and the lobster on the tough and chewy side, so were kind of disappointed. Our server - Maurice - was a delight. Funny, folksy, and extremely service oriented. More than made up for the lobster disappointment. BTW, to give an idea of price which I found very resonable, the whole 2.5 lb. lobster was $36, far less than the price in Toronto.
