We have reserved via internet this motel, looking at the photos on did not seem badly, perhapsa different thing from the usual Super8 or Days Inn. As soon as we opened the door of the room a tremendous smell of mildew came over. The room was located on the back side of the motel and had furniture of the early 60's.
The awful smell never left us, even if we left opened the door for about 3 hours.
The small bath had just one shower that was falling from the wall and the flush toilet was working very bad with a terrible smell coming out every time the water was running.
My wife slept dressed on a sofa, because with the smell of humid that there was in the room it did not allow you to sleep.
I do not understand as they can ask 90 dollars for what they call a "room".
We had reserved for three nights but after the first sacrifice,we literally escaped losing also the money already paid, cause at the reception there was a very clear indication NO REFUND .
Our advice is that,if you have the intention to go to the motel Lake Winnipesaukee, it would be better to sleep in the car, it would be much more healthy.
