“You can find a better place in this beautiful region”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2014

The restaurant is nicely located on the pier, you get excellent lake views on from most of the tables. Part of it is covered so the rain (or birds ;) ) won't bother you. I think these are the only good things about this place. The food is quite bad. Very "plastic" taste, the burgers are dry and the sides are enormous but tasteless. The music from the bar is so loud that you can barely hear the cashier when making your order. The tables are dirty and the ones that look not so dirty are very sticky. But, to be fair, it is quite inexpensive and the location is perfect. Anyway, if you are looking for a good burger or another type of fast food this is not the best place you can find around there.

We expected greasy diner type food but was worse than that...took them forever to prepare the food and place was empty; restaurant was filthy, food worse than McDonalds

“to be fair only tried the beer .”

Place has great views on the lake. We did not have the food however many people opted for the fried seafood. Enjoyed the libations and bartenders.

“Candidate for Restaurant Impossible”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2014

Ever seen that show on one of those foodie channels where they try and improve a restaurant with dire food and other problems? This place would be a great candidate. The food was really pretty subpar (greasy and just tasteless but somehow incredibly salty) and I would not recommend actually eating here. I'm sure they can't screw up a can of beer, though, so stick to drinks if you're stuck in this town. The atmosphere is good in that you're right on the lake but not good in that it's dirty and disorganized, and you kind of wish you had just driven on to the next town to find something to eat.

“Not Worth the Walk Down the Pier”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014 via mobile

Really a dismal experience. The bar next to the tables was blaring distorted rock-n-roll on over-driven speakers.

The food was marginal, but dodging the bird poop from the sparrows flying under the canopy was exciting. The staff refused to give my daughter an extra packet of ketchup after she used the two packets she was "allocated." That's no exaggeration! Just avoid this place - it's a shame it wastes such a nice view.
