I have to say this was the best breakfast I have ever had in a restaurant!
It doesn't get any fresher than the hens laying eggs out in the back yard, maple syrup made in the barn and farm animals. We came in to the rustic wood house and sat down in what felt like home. The "juice" guy behind the bar served us fresh, hot coffee and the smells coming from the kitchen were wonderful. He was very friendly and visited with us while doing his work.
The pancakes were amazing. I had light buckwheat and my mother had blueberry. Her pancakes were loaded with fresh blueberries and the real butter with farm fresh maple syrup...wow!
We went out back after breakfast to see the animals and were able to feed them. Adorable!
