Our first & last experience at this restaurant. Understanding it was Valentines day weekend and the industry would be busy we expected there would be some wait. While raising children & attending nursing school I waitressed...my husband is a customer service manager. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. We dined upstairs last night, we should have asked for a manager...that was our mistake. Our waitress had 4 high tops with 2 customers per table. One of those tables customers were only drinking cocktails. First drink was terrible sent it back which I never do. It was taken off the bill, which I appreciated. Ordered an Absolute vodka drink received some type of drink with a coconut flavor which sat at the bar so long I was tempted to pick it up myself. Just kept it. Asked several times for bread. When my husbands app arrived the runner said he had been looking for our table. Just what he wanted his dish going from table to table till the runner finally reached us. Waited 30 minutes for my salad after my husband received his app. Finally was able to ask where was dinner, waitress stated I don't know good question? When dinner finally arrived mine was cold my husbands was hot. Waited, waited waited for the waitress to return to check in on our meals never happened. Ate it cold. She did arrive when the meal was over. Waited another 20 minutes for the check. We have never tipped 10% we did last night We dine out weekly but will not be returning to this establishment
