We enjoy staying in B&B's all over the country and always look forward to the next one. However, we were VERY disappointed in the Sise Inn. As another reviewer said, we were simply handed the key and told where the room was. We had to ask for any other information. The desk person and the breakfast person were cold and curt. The house is beautiful from the street but once in our room we felt like we were back in the '60's...the 1960's. The room was a mix of dated carpet and wallpaper and old, tired furnishings and not antiques as advertised...Nothing Victorian or charming about it. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned and because of the noisey window units, there was no view out of the windows. Breakfast consisted of a few sweet things wrapped in plastic wrap and...forget it, for the amount of money we were paying, over $250, a real breakfast should have been served. We will not be back.
