Overall, a really nice hotel. Centrally located, with a nice open lobby, easy (but costly) parking across the street or with valet, and a comfortable bed. The room itself however was poorly lit, especially in the bathroom and seemed old. But to make up for it, they give you Starbucks coffee with real creamer, free easy to access wifi in the room, fluffy blankets and pillows, a hairdryer and iron, and large flatscreen television.
They give you the option of "going green" when you get there, meaning to forego room service, (for which they give you a $5 food/beverage voucher) but when we got to the room for the first time, the air conditioner was on full blast, the room was chilly, and presumably no one had been in it for hours. So much for being green.
My boyfriend also ordered berries and some other things to the room for my birthday, but they never came. We were full from dinner and drinking around town, so we never inquired about the absence.
