This was a surprise weekend getaway for my wife. From the moment I spoke with Tom (Tom and Lea are the owners of the Eastman Inn) to make the reservations, I knew we would be taken care of. When we actually saw where we would be staying, we were both very pleasantly surprised. Our accomodations were wonderful, with a king size, hand carved mahogany bed, a fire place, and bathroom in our room (we obtained one of their premier rooms). Breakfast was divine. In my initial converstation with Tom, he asked what kinds of likes and dislikes my wife and I had. I told him she loved creme brule. What did we have for breakfast Saturday morning? Lea made Creme Brule french toast! It was so delicious, and went over quite well with the unsuspecting wife. Overall, we loved the Eastman Inn, and Tom and Lea are wonderful, thoughful hosts. We will absolutely return to the Eastman Inn in the future!

The Eastman Inn is exceptional! The owners, Lea and Tom, are Southern Hospitality to the max...in a quaint N.E. town! Lea's gourmet breakfasts are heavenly, especially the creme brulee french toast on Sunday mornings.
