As a green chile addict who grew up in New Mexico, any tex-mex restaurant starts off with a negative thought. But this place was so beautiful, over-looking the Nashua River and the waterfall, any shortfall in the food was more than made up for in the surroundings. We had Chile Rellenos (with poblano chile, not "Big Jim" from Hatch), enchiladas, tacos, and chimichangas. Everything was tasty, the chicken tender, the meals attractive, and went well with fine-looking frozen margaritas.
Atmosphere at the restaurant is also enhanced by the spanish "Jimmy Buffet" music.
This was our third trip back this year, so it's definitely no fluke.
