“Cozy home away from home, fantastic prices!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2012

I stayed here two weeks ago with my fiance, and we were extremely happy with this hotel. Our room had a full kitchen, working fireplace (which though you cannot use real wood, we went down the road to Home Depot and purchased some duraflame for cheap), couch and a sense of comfort and coziness. The price was extremely reasonable considering how nice the room was, and the full breakfast the next day was a great addition as well.

The location was also perfect, as the two places we wanted to visit in Merrimack (the brewery and Common Man restaurant) were just seconds down the road, and the Nashua Mall was not far either. If we ever plan another weekend like this in NH i will definitely stay here again.

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot of them. I was ready to move in and stay forever! The decor was excellent. All the conveniences a traveler could ever want and then many more. I was shocked to find my rate included sports club, whirlpool, an in-room fireplace and a hot and very substantial breakfast buffet. Wireless internet, convenient desk and office chair for my laptop with a convenient plug-in close by. Not one, but 2 room phones a flat big screen TV.
And the friendliest most accommodating staff.

Hotel is presently under renovation, noise, smell, dust due to construction even on weekends. This hotel is supposed to be equip with plenty of cooking utensils, but I needed to purchase some. I have stayed at other extended stay places and this one by far was not the nicest. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Maybe after they remodel. Good points, Breakfast is provided daily and evening finger food is available for free. Location is very convenient to shopping and major highways

This hotel is quite close to the southern border of NH, accessed by exit No 10 of Everet new Hwy 3 eastbound and just on the older Hwy 3 whose other name in this location is Daniel Wenbster (WD) Hwy (the hotel is located at 246 DW Hwy).
It is an average grade hoel with large rooms with kitchen and kitchen basic equipment. modern TV and sufficient parking place. The breakfast is simple with no big variety.
It is quited close to the shopping malls in exits 1 and 6 and to Manchester airport being about 10 miles north to this property. It is impossible to use the very small water pool (a pool can be found in Crown Plaza hotel a few miles away to the south west). Another Marriott hotel nearby is located to the west side of the Everet Hwy and not far from this reviewed property.

Room Tip: Ask a room not to be close to the noise of Everet Hwy or as preferable closer to the reception.

We stayed on either side of an event we attended in Worcester. The price for the 2 bedroom made it a good deal and we really enjoyed having the large living room space. I agree that although it is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the place needs an overhaul. There is definitely a background scent of when it wasn't a smoke free facility. The deadbolt on our door didn't work and the ice maker never produced anything during the 2 night stay so we had to go outside in the cold to go to the front desk for ice. Since it was cold with daytime melt, the walkways were icy and not salted so that made the trek a little dicey. We were happy with the continental breakfast, nice assortment with hot foods also. The kitchenette had full size appliances, but it needs a larger garbage container. We also felt that the cable package needed to be upgraded. Overall I would stay there again, especially liked the location, but I hope they put some attention into getting it updated and the reported problems fixed.

Room Tip: There was a sign that said No Pets, but across the hall from our room there was a magnet on the door...

This Residence Inn is dated and could use some updating. My main complaint is that the room had an unpleasant odor. It smelled kind of musty/smoky, even though it was a non-smoking room. All of the furnishings were dated and could use updating. I was probably extra disappointing in this stay because we had recently stayed at a fantastic Residence Inn in Portsmouth, NH. This stay was not anywhere near the level of that one. I'll be more aware now of the inconsistency within this brand.

This Residence Inn is the older style of Residence Inn and needs some work. Overall I found it clean but it is dated and needs upgrading. The staff was friendly. I was there for a couple of nights which included a weekend and booked it through Priceline. I think I would have been more disappointed if I paid regular Marriott prices. The location is ok. It is not far from shopping by car and the hotel itself is convenient to the highway. I can only give this hotel an average rating due to its need for upgrading to more modern rooms.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the basketball court. Kids play late into the evening if you there in summe...
