We stayed here for one night with our 2 kids (age 3 and 1). We had a one bedroom suite.
Location was great if you are shopping at the outlets - only about a mile away or less
Staff were friendly
Nice plus that they have a light evening meal and a breakfast both of which were totally adequate though not as good as other included breakfasts we have had at places like Hampton Inn and they didn't know ingredients and were not willing to look them up when asked for my son with allergies (for example told me French toast didn't contain wheat because it was white bread).
Decent sized suite that would have been fine if it were clean.
Our biggest complaint is just that this hotel is old, dated, and most of all dirty.
The bathroom was dirty enough that I didn't want to put my kids in the bathtub, the floors were dirty, and perhaps most disgusting of all the cleaned dishes put away in the cabinets were filthy. We found a pot with dried on food, greasy utensils and slimy cooking utensils. Yuk!
Bedroom was so small that it was hard to fit cribs and the sink area isn't separated from bedroom by a door so it was hard getting ready for bed with the kids asleep.
Bed is what you'd expect for a 2 star - old fake comforter and hard pillows.
It does the trick, we had a safe room and didn't see any bugs or rodents and the staff were nice but we'd look elsewhere until this hotel (which was formerly Residence Inn but now Merrimack Inn and suites) has a major make-over and decides they care about cleanliness.
