My staff was great, staff was friendly the hotel offered everything you need when traveling. Great restaurant for breakfast, evening social hour with beer and wine. Airport shuttle and to near by mail and businesses.

Great trip because I did not have to rent a car, great savings.

I work for Alcatel and Marriott is the hotel brand we use when we travel. Our inhouse travel agent made my reservations to stay in Manchester NH. Arrived at the Airport and was ready to be picked up. I called from the courtesy phone and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally someone answered the phone. I said I am at the airport and need to be picked up.

15 minutes later the shuttle showed up. Next thing I know I am being brought to the Springhill Suites by Marriott. I said to the driver I am at the Courtyard. He said he was told to bring me here and then said no problem I can drive you there. I arrived at the Courtyard to check in and was shocked to find out that I was going to pay $169.00 for my stay. My reservation from my travel agent was not even close to that rate.

Then a manager came out and said it was my travel agents mistake and I would have to deal with her. But if I wanted, they would drive me back to the Springhill and they could give me that rate. I said no way and told them to check me in. The next day I called my agent and she pulled up the file. She showed the reservation cancelled. Obviously they cancelled my reservation before I arrived and made me a new one at the higher rate.

I checked out two days later and filed a complaint with my company and dispute with my credit card company.

There people are so unprofessional!

This is a basic Courtyard but with a couple key shortfalls.... Great location--and no problem with cleanliness or with staff. However, during both of our stays in the past month, the neighbors' TVs were easily audible in our room (once the fault of a connecting room, once not) throughout the night. And the mattresses are not anything like those at other Courtyards we've stayed at; these were stiff as a board. Between the mattresses and noise from other rooms, we got a total of six hours sleep in two nights.

The hotel was not worth the $149.00 the charged me. Only 15 miles in Nashua the new Courtyard was only charging $79.00. I feel like I was taken advantaged of.

The place was clean but the service left a lot to be desired. Everyone there seemed to be untrained and unable to help when asked a simple question.

Drive the extra 15 miles and stay at the Courtyard in Nashua if you need to stay with a Marriott.
