This hotel is amazing, The rooms are so clean, big, and comfortable. The staff could be nicer but I had no problems. The verizon wireless center is basically outside the door from the hotel thats how close it is. The pool was heated indoor pool, but I found it VERY VERY cold. We liked this hotel so much we went back a month later just to stay there. If you need a hotel in Manchester, dont look any further.

“Pleasant hotel, ideal if going to the Verizon Arena”

Radisson Hotel Manchester

My daughter and I spent one night here after attending a concert at the Verizon Wireless Arena. We couldn't ask for a better location as we were able to avoid the long line into the parking garage and park as a hotel guest. The front door of the arena is a one minute walk across the street. The entire hotel staff, from the housekeeper we met in the elevator, to the staff in both restaurants, and all the front desk people, were both pleasant and efficient. The room itself was clean and comfortable, especially the sleep number beds. The carpet in the outside corriders was worn, but I saw no problems in the room itself. The restaurants were good, not great, and reasonably priced. My daughter ordered from the children's menu. Our total dinner bill for both of us (I got a large roast beef sandwich, no alcohol), with tip, was $21. The ample Sunday breakfast buffet, with tip, was $23 (one child, one adult). The pool was not huge, but very nice. I didn't use the fitness room, but it appeared adequately equipped. Over all, this was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate staying here again.

This might be an okay place as long as you do not have the misfortune to have any kind of issue occurr after the day shift goes home.
At first flush at about 11pm our toilet overflowed- I will spare you the gruesome details, but gruesome it was....we called the front desk and after about 15 most unpleasant minutes an unsure looking man arrived . He went into the bathroom and knocked around for a bit and came out saying we should contact the desk in the morning. When I asked if the room could be mopped and cleaned( it was sorely in need of sanitizing) he suggested that I use the spare towels to clean up...I told him this was unacceptable ,he left sullenly and returned with a mop sans any kind of cleanser, and gave the floor a perfunctory swipe or two repeating his admonition to call the desk in the morning. He may not have been a plummer , but he did know what he was talking about regarding the desk - when I called them seeking some kind of accomodation or releif, they repeated that I should call after 7AM.
At each use overnight the toilet filled threateningly to the top and due to the quality of the mopping the air in the room became increasingly stale .. we decided it was most prudent to use the toilet in the lobby for the remainder of the night - needless to say this did not make for a restful nights sleep.
Once the heralded morning shift came we were given the key to another room in order to use the facilties there- nice enough to be sure , but why no person on the night shift could not have done the same is a mystery...the conclusion to this story is that I prob would not stay here again- though the place seemed nice enough on the surface, it would make me too nervous to give it another try. Beware of the Manchester Raddison !

We are a 40 something couple that travels very commonly. We were visiting family in the Manchester area. I can't remember a more discouraging experience. We were suggested this hotel by a couple who had stayed there in April for a week and had a great time. The staff starting with the front desk was rude and appeared they didn't even want to be there. They booked me into a smoking room even though I had reserved a non-smoking. The desk staff was very non-accomodating and when asked to have a manager call me I was never called. I did speak to who I believed was a manager before I left and he seemed to just brush me off. The food was average at best although our server was very professional. We have stayed at about 5 Radisson's and this one was by far the worst. I would suggest finding other accomodations in the Manchester area.

I had a great experience with this hotel. The employees welcomed me at check-in and I was in my room within 5 minutes. The lobby area was large and clean and connected to the adjacent parking garage. In addition to the dining room, the lobby had JD's Bar & Grill, which had a great full menu and fully stocked bar. The dining room had a good full breakfast for about $10. Also, try B&B Bagels just 3 blocks away for an excellent, friendly, light breakfast. The owners serve NY bagels and tons of fresh coffee. I also ventured to the Red Arrow Diner, recently voted "One of the 5 best diners in the country." It was about a 10 minute walk for the best 2,000 calories I've ever had before noon. Just ask any of the friendly hotel staff for either place and they'll get you a downtown map and point you in the right direction. There are tons of great eateries and bars within a short walk and I had no problem walking to/from them at night.

The guest rooms were fairly large and nicely appointed. However, there was some wear as the hotel is 20+ years old. But, the beds were brand new and air adjustable and the room was always kept in impeccable condition by the housekeepers. The indoor pool, hot tub, and well equipped fitness rooms with dressing rooms were all great and they even gave you fresh fruit and a big TV to watch. The free WiFi also worked great throughout the hotel.

When I come to Manchester again, I will surely stay here again.
