“hockey game good arena needs a GOOD CLEANING”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

saw a Monarchs hockey game. seats were good the game and all services were good, but the arena in the seating area needed a GOOD CLEANING. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that its late in the season and the seats will be pressure washed after the season.

“top names in huge venue.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2014

It's great to get top names in a local venue. Best seats are in first twenty rows of raised seats. People sitting on the level floor have to be tall to see it all!

“AHL Hockey!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2014

Go watch the Monarchs - Great venue, great team. I watch two games and the last they won 7 to ZIP! fast action, hard hits, great fan shop too.

“The acoustics for concerts are terrible”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

While the arena attracts some good talent; most do not accommodate the bad acoustics of the arena. Past experience with James Taylor (Good); Eagles (Ok; Cheryl Crowe (Terrible)

“Best concerts!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2014

I love this place and we go to plenty of concerts here. The drink selection isn't great....mostly beer, and like any other place they are expensive. It is, however, within walking distance of many restaurants so you can eat/drink before. THere are only a couple hotels within walking distance but many in the area. You just have to book in advance. They are very strict about checking your tickets even when you go to the bathroom, so be careful!
