People are very friendly. Was in our Church Bulletin so I gave a try and it was better than expected.

“Great food; disappointing service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

This was our 2nd trip to Villagio so I was looking forward to another good experience. It has great ambience tucked away in a little strip mall. We had reservations but unfortunately there was a lack of communication with the wait staff. The 2 of us sat for 20 minutes and not one person came up to us to pour water or apologize for the wait. It was busy; however, a table of 4 came well after us and within a few minutes had water and were asked for their drink orders. I had to go to the host who sat us and request that someone be sent to our table.

“Fantastic food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2014

We had dinner at Villaggio a few weeks ago and left full, completely satisfied and very impressed. Everything was fantastic from my veal entree to the risotto with shrimp and broccoli to the special ravioli appetizer with peas and a cream sauce. The pastas are fresh and it makes a difference. The dining room was attractive and our server was so friendly and enthusiastic that it just added to the positive experience overall. Villaggio's location is in a very small, totally unremarkable strip mall and it would be easy to drive by without noticing. That would be your loss. Do stop there for dinner!

“Local Gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2014

My family and I love this place! The food is excellent, and the only thing better than the food is the kind-hearted, awesome staff. We tell everyone about it, and begged our Italian boss to let us host the company Holiday Party dinner here. Everyone from our office is now obsessed! And the people who work here have always gone out of their way - if it's the holiday party, my sister's birthday when they helped me sneak in a cake, or a belated, quiet, Valentine's Dinner.

And I promise, the mozzarella app is one of the best things on this earth!

“Busy little place! ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2014

We used a Living Social deal this weekend. The restaurant is quaint. We called ahead and were seated at the table right in front of the kitchen door and basically in the bar area. It was a very busy area, I wouldn't recommend it if you were on a date. It was pretty clear that there are a lot of regulars and they are treated like family. Our order was pollo parmigiana and Pollo Ripieno:
Chicken breast stuffed with fontina cheese, prosciutto, and spinach, sliced and topped with roasted garlic cream sauce, and a side of linguini for our child. (There is no kids menu) the meals came with a salad and bread. The bread was good, the dipping oil was also good. The creamy Cesar dressing had an interesting taste, not like a typical dressing. The meal presentation was good. The potatoes that came with the ripieno had an interesting look to them, but were quite good. Everything tasted quite good. The dessert tray looked very appetizing! We got a piece of the chocolate cake and an Italian bomba with chocolate, strawberry and pistachio gelato covered in chocolate. That was the high light of my whole experience. I may go back just for that!! Over all it was a good experience.
