I traveled with four adults and found InnSeason to be great accommodations in terms of space, the outdoor hot tub, pool, sauna, and workout facility.
However, it being my first time in Lincoln, I knew little about the area. When I asked the first desk staff if there was anything to do besides skiing or snowboarding (as I'm not either) I was literally told "no." He completely dismissed me despite the fact that there was not another guest in sight to help. Of course, after doing some legwork and losing a half-day of my two day getaway, I found that there were plenty of other oudoor activities for us non-skiers/snowboarders, such as snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, etc.
In the end I would probably stay here again simply because the rooms are spacious, but don't bother with the "help" - they won't help.

Pollard Brook resort in Lincoln NH is part of the Inn Season group and for a family vacation near Loon Mtn ski resort it's a great choice. However I wish I could say it’s still a good ownership experience for owners like us who bought units here several years ago from the prior developer but unfortunately our experience this week suggests otherwise.

I will say that we do still enjoy this resort very much and our whole family did have another wonderful time here last week. The complimentary frequent shuttle bus to Loon Mtn is so convenient and the beautiful mountain view from each unit is better than ever now that you can watch skiers on Loon’s new South Mtn trails. Units are clean and the 2 bedroom loft units are spacious enough for the kids to invite friends along. Kitchens are fully equipped to serve a family for a week and you’ll save hundreds of dollars in a week by eating in. Cozy fireplaces and individual spa tubs invite relaxation. The huge indoor pool and outdoor hot tub and the sauna and exercise and game rooms are hits with everyone this time of year. After a workout or day on the slopes try rubbing snow on your body then dip back into the Jacuzzi and enjoy the tingles! If you’re trading in or renting here you will certainly enjoy your stay at this resort.

Now about ownership:

At our owner’s update I should have read the omens when we were invited to a sales manager’s office that reeked of cooked fish – left-over salmon for his lunch perhaps. Something’s definitely fishy here.

There are two sides to this resort now – the new Points buildings which are currently being sold – and the older Weeks buildings – which are now evidently considered to be on the other side of the tracks. Older units like the one we stayed in this week have inferior bedding (our king was hard as concrete as others have mentioned) and the furniture is worn; the springs were falling out of both of our living room chairs. The upstairs bedroom and loft which our teens utilized lacked adequate dresser storage and a TV and there was no way to hook up video gaming to either of the small, old style TVs in the living room or master bedroom. After at first being promised a gaming interface we were later advised that everyone wants one and there simply aren’t enough to go around so we should go buy one locally if we could find one. Our complaints about this treatment for long-time owners did eventually get results.

Our Points presentation was interesting but the sales manager’s attitude towards us eventually became condescending and very revealing of the new developer’s philosophy. We were informed that our once desirable 2 bedroom red time biannual unit is obviously worthless now but that since it’s Christmas he would take it back anyway with our additional $10.5K to get us into the new program. Oh and by the way no more exchange privileges with other Inn Season resorts for us anymore without Points! I wonder what will happen in years ahead when the existing Points program runs its course and those owners may find themselves outcasts too.

So if you’re staying at Pollard Brook enjoy your time there but think long and hard before deciding to buy anything from Inn Season.

“Great getaway”

This place was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised. Wasn't too sure what to expect from some of the reviews I had read but we enjoyed
it very much. It was very clean and yes it is a "time share" but there
was no "hard sell" at check in or any other time. The only thing we got was a phone call inviting us to take the tour and they would give us $100 off our next visit and a dinner certificate we could use on this visit. The beds were extremely hard as someone else pointed out and the jacuzzi only fit one at a time which was fine with us. We had a gas fireplace and a dvd player. The kitchen had everything you would
need for cooking. It had a huge work out area with lots of equipment. Checked out the game room but didn't play. Didn't use the pools-indoor
and out- but looked to be ok. The place was very spacious and comfortable and I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

“What a mess”

InnSeason Resort Pollard Brook

This place is a mess - public areas look OK but units are worn and outdated. The area is nice but there are much nicer places to stay in
NH. Plus, this is a time share NOT a hotel and you can expect to be hit with the hard sell as soon as you step over the threshhold. Don't do it - its a scam and you will never get your money's worth from this place. And the "helpful" staff will become deaf as soon as you have a problem that you are trying to resolve. What a disappointment and waste of money.

This hotel was very fancy in the check in area, but there were several things that made me feel as if this was a normal hotel. The jacuzzi tubs in the room barely fit 2 people, and the game room deffinitely is old several games need to be fixed. The pool looked average. The room was very clean, but I would expect that at any hotel.
