My wife and daughter and I ate at Ramuntos in Keene, New Hampshire on Saturday, Sept 1 and found it to be a delightful experience. We were there for the Keene Music Festival. To start with, the service was really excellent. Friendly, accommodating servers with a real positive attitude were there to make you feel at home. They took care of our smallest request with cheerful response. The food was excellent too. We had an egg plant parm appetizer which could have been a meal in itself. My wife, who loves egg plant said it was one of the best she has had. We also had boneless buffalo wings which were just spicy enough but were crispy and very flavorful. But the best was yet to come. I order a pizza with a twisted garlic crust, tomato and basil and cheese ( I forget what they called it) which was fantastic. The crust was delicious and crispy, not greasy. The fresh tomato on it were cooked just right, not mushy. The garlic added just the right zing. We had a very enjoyable time there and the prices were very reasonable, although when you look at the menu the pizza prices may seem a little high- $19 to $21-- One pizza could feed a family of four easily. You get more than your value for money spent when you consider the taste and size. I would recommend Ramuntos very highly. The service alone was impressive enough, but add in their food and the trip is very worthwhile.
