You get what you pay for. This is a cheap hotel, located across the street from Santa's Village. That being said, the location is actually a negative, as there really isn't anything else in the area for shopping or eating. Our room was just okay. The TV was an old tube one, and they didn't include a listing of channels. There was actually a DVD-VHS combo connected to it, and they had VHS tapes to borrow. The AC was old and loud, and it was a bit annoying that on a 95 degree day, the owner (who I'm assuming does the cleaning of the rooms) turned it off while we were at Santa's Village. So we got back from a hot day at the park, and it took quite awhile for the room to get comfortable again. The continental breakfast was just prepackaged mini-donuts and danishes, and some tiny bagels. Hot water came and went at times, so showers were never enjoyable. Next time, we'll go to Santa's Village, but stay elsewhere and enjoy a scenic drive to get there.

We didn't respond to this one initially because we didn't think it was someone that stood with us do to the inaccuracies. We did buy 2 years ago all new flat screen Tv's, there's a picture of them on our motel page. All the room do have a notebook with all the restaurants in the area and a TV listing on the back cover. Even the description of the breakfast wasn't accurate as well. Don't see being across the street from an amusement park as a negative. And as far as the AC's they are actually over sized for the rooms, it can get down in the low 60's, but it has two controls and some people put it on power saver which means it comes on and off versus on all the time. But assuming this person did stay here we do appreciate your opinion and if your in the area again stop in and we'll see if we can make you happy.
