Fiddleheads has been a favorite lunch stop during road bike rides for years now. The food is consistently good and fresh. Sandwiches are on homemade bread, the soups are also homemade and delicious, and all of their bakery also homemade and worth the splurge. After all I bike to eat! My husband and I biked there for breakfast for the first time over last weekend. The eggs benedict and blueberry pancakes were both excellent. Now I will be looking forward to more breakfast rides! The owner and staff are all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to refill water bottles or give glasses of ice to cool them down on hot summer days. The setting on Main Street in Hancock is beautiful during biking season when you can enjoy it outside on the porch. Just go inside and order and your food will quickly be delivered for you to enjoy. I wish it wasn't raining this morning so I could jump on my bicycle and find another route that brings me to Fiddleheads.
