“Excellent pizza in an authentic, wood fired oven”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2013

You must be a pizza lover to enjoy this restaurant, as the menu is very pizza-centric, but wow, if you love pizza, you will LOVE Mountain Fire Pizza. The restaurant is spacious and spotless and most seats allow customers to view their wood fired pizza cooking from their table. The crust is fantastic and the topping superb--we're making it our new go-to restaurant when passing through the area. The service was a bit slow, but it's obvious they do a tremendous amount of take out business....it was worth the wait. Wi-fi is available for those who value such an amenity.

“Eat in”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013 via mobile

We ordered take out after the couple we were with recommended it. We ordered three pizzas and only one was correct. The two wrong ones were missing tomatoes for a margarita pizza and cherries on Hawaiian. The margarita pizza was completely smashed and the Hawaiian was half burned to the point where we couldn't eat it. The rest was good but don't order take out. Eat in so you'll get what you order!

“New Pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2013

The pizza and breads sticks were superb. While we were there the power to the town was interrupted, so candles were placed on the tables. The wood fueled oven continued to operate, so the food remained warm.

“Dinner with Friends”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

They have a wonderful wood fired pizza and their menu continues to expend. Our server was very attentive and the Pizza came out quickly. Wood fired Pizza is a technic that is new to me and I thought it should have been a little hotter. It was perfect in taste and doneness so I maybe use to oven prepared pizza. They have a great selection of toppings and sauces. Price for a fresh product was as expected. The only thing I would recommend is dimming the lights in the dinning room. To me it would make a little more sense especially for dinner, I felt where we were seated and the bright lighting made us look very obvious when customer walked in.

“Ladies weekend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

We loved the brick-oven pizza options and we even tried their award winning Maple Bacon Pizza (we ordered a small to try) - it was good, but more of a dessert than a meal! The Greek & Margarita pizzas were our favorites. Great local brews too!
