Didn't have any problem mentioned by other travelers. Motel is tricky to find but easy with GPS. Was very quiet even by highway. Staff was awesome!!! Breakfast was more than adequate. We traveled with baby and the staff helped us out on many request.Only complaint was room was very warm. Will stay again when in town.

This is my 3rd time staying at this location in 4 years. Each time I book a room block for a family reunion. The hotel in 2007 & 2008 was very clean & comfortable, which is why I reserved & blocked the rooms for 2010. When we arrived this weekend, the lobby area appeared the same as in the past. Upon entering the filthy elevator, we exited into a smelly hallway and it got worse from there. When we entered our room, the beds looked so sloppy with wrinkled bedding, certainly not of Marriott standards. The room smelled musty, the windows would not lock correctly, which made the highway noise unbearable, the bathroom tub had hairs and was missing grout. Housekeeping in this hotel is severly lacking! Many of people in my group experienced the same dirty, smelly rooms. The beds were terrible. When I asked if the hotel had changed ownership in the last two years, I was told 'no'. I travel a moderate amount for my job and this hotel has not been updated in many years. I will NOT be booking this hotel for the next room block, there are plenty of other hotels in the Concord area. This was a great dissappointment and I was embarrassed for my extended family to stay in such a dirty hotel.

stayed 3 nts...the beds were so uncomfortable both of us had backaches...room smelled ...someone had smoked in there.??...could not get an upgrade for being a "platium elite member"...asked for xtra towels in the reservation and only got them 1 night...no refridgerator in room...2nd day bed looked like it was thrown together...not made...this was horrible for the image of the Marriott's..would NOT go back..even if it were FREE...

Stayed here for one night after visiting the Currier Museum in nearby Manchester. Very happy with the room, beds were really comfy, but couldn't understand why the curtains were only for effect either side of the window and didn't close! It didn't prevent a really good night's sleep however. Breakfast was fine, and there was plenty of parking. We had an excellent meal at a nearby restaurant - Shorty's Mexican Roadhouse (highly recommended).

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and I considered it among the best Fairfield properties. A recent visit changed my mind however. Although the outside of the building looks like it has been updated and the lobby was pleasant, I can't say the same for the condition of the room or the swimming pool area. The room was not as clean as it should have been. In particular there were stains on two pieces of upholstered furniture and on the shower curtain. The pool area has not been updated and has some unpainted patches. In addition the hot tub didn't get hot!

Does what it says on the tin! Clean, comfortable, spacious but not exciting. Breakfast was OK.
