We arrived at the Wayside Inn on a grey, wet Autumn afternoon - and it still looked lovely! Run by Victor & Kathe Hoffman, the Wayside offers large bed-rooms with loads of space to relax. The river-side location is well used in the Inn's layout, with the spacious dining room adjacent to the river bank. And talking of the dining room the restaurant is superb in every respect. The service is attentive but relaxed and both Lois and Mary are a delight.. We were reluctant to leave at the end of our visit, particularly as the resident 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle had not yet been completed!
