We had an excellent stay! Amenities were great, staff was friendly, and we could not have asked for better weather!

4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2012

We stayed at Attitash Mountain Village for the week of our March Break. We started off in a studio suite for the first night, which was beautiful, but with 3 boys not quite big enough. We asked the next day if any 1 bedroom units opened up and the resort kindly granted our request. We ended up in a huge unit that was perfect for our needs. The first floor room had washer/dryer, huge bathroom w/jacuzzi tub and shower, a queen murphy bed which was comfortable and a queen pull out couch with a propane fireplace and our own private patio out back with lawn chairs. It also had a full kitchen that was very clean, did not have an oven but had a convection microwave and a counter top burner which served our needs. The upstairs room was huge with a king size bed, couch and wing back chairs, fireplace, tv, jacuzzi and bathroom with shower. It also had a sink/fridge/microwave combo with a coffee pot, which was convenient and also our own little balcony overlooking the beautiful trees around the resort. The indoor pool was very nice and outdoor hottub was great! The games room could use a bit of updating and we had a meal at Matty B's restaurant that was not very good, my husband and I both did not feel good for the night after having our meal there. Also there are lots of hiking trails handy which we took advantage of, such a beautiful area! Overall we had a great time and will be returning in the future!

Needed a quick getaway with the family. Stayed in a two bedroom and enjoyed ourselves in the pool and hiking around the local trails on a rare warm March weekend. Good time was had by all. Like the location near everything and plenty of good restaurants just a short drive away.

We are glad you enjoyed your quick weekend away. Our condominiums are great for just a night or a full week. If you’re looking for a special weekend try our deluxe units during your next stay. Our resort is close to some great local restaurants like the Red Parka Pub and local hiking trails like Diana’s Baths. Thanks for the great review and we here at Attitash Mountain Village hope to see you again soon!!

We stayed at Attitash Mountain Village, just across the street from the ski area, in late January. The "hotel room" we had was enormous, maybe 25' x 30' and featured a king bed, a jacuzzi in the room, and a sink/frig/microwave combo with a coffee pot, which was all we needed for breakfasts. There was a flat screen TV and a couch. The entire unit was heated by an automatic thermostat on the gas fireplace, which was different, but did a fine job and added some ambience. Our building was on the newer side, not fancy, but clean. We thought the folks at the front desk could have been more attentive, but we had called with a few questions before booking and found that level of service to be great. We tried to use the snowshoe trails along the back of the property near the river, but they were poorly marked. We didn't use the indoor pool or restaurant. What made this place great was walking across the street to Attitash where we skied for half price on Sunday. There was almost no one there so we skied right onto the lift each time and made over 15 runs before the lifts closed. Snow was great, too.

Room Tip: Apparently different rooms have different levels of kitchen equipment so call ahead to request what...

We appreciate you taking the time to review our resort. It sounds like you really enjoyed one of the deluxe hotel rooms. Our gas fireplaces are a great source of heat and like you said enjoying the ambiance is the best part. Enjoying the great views of the Saco River is just one of the great activities about Attitash Mountain Village. During the summer, we offer guided nature walks and a nature fun run. Attitash Ski Mountain is right across the street with no lift lines, and great snow; sounds like a great ski vacation at Attitash Mountain Village. We hope that you will return in the summer to checkout our great indoor pool, outdoor pool and on property restaurant.

We have stayed at Attitash Mountain Village many times, for various seasons. In the Summer, they have a gorgeous outdoor pool that gets sun mostly all day into the late afternoon. They offer poolside bbqs and even a weekly lobster bake at Matty B's restaurant. In the Fall, it is perfect home base for leaf-peeping (and to attend the Bear Peak Oktoberfest). In the Winter, it is great for skiing. Attitash Ski Mtn. is across the street. There is an underpass so you do not have to walk across the road (not that Route 302 gets much traffic). It is close to many other ski resorts as well. We hopped around this past February to Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, and WildCat. The units are invidividually owned. You can rent directly thru the office or an owner. So some are nicer than others. But all share the same ammenities. It's not fancy, but it has everything a family could need. There is a small game room, indoor pool for those rainy days, outdoor pool, walking paths to the Saco River, etc. They could do a little more to fix up the kids play area. But there are other playgrounds within a short distance. There is a small restaurant and bar area as well. We love it!

Thank you for the great review of our year round resort destination. It sounds like you enjoy all the activities that Attitash Mountain Village has to offer. Our family friendly condominum resort is great for families looking for a getway no matter what the season. We have a new playground available for the kids over near the Carrigan and Wiley House. Thank you for being a treasured guest of Attitash Mountain Village and we hope that you continue to stay with us in the future.

My sisters and I stayed to the resort for a weekend of skiing and shopping. (February 2012) The location is great, right across the road from Attitash mountain for skiiing and 15 minutes from North Conway for shopping. Also some nice shopping in outher nearby towns. The resort offers a discount for skiiing. The condo we were in was nice. The kitchen could have been stocked a litle better but other than that it was clean and well maintained. Nothing fancy but nice and very comfortable. I have stayed at the resort in the past and have enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for the business and the kind review. Attitash Mountain Village is glad you were able to enjoy some skiing at our many great local ski areas. Taking advantage of the tax free shopping in North Conway is always worth the trip up to the White Mountains. We are glad you liked our condominiums and that you felt very comfortable within our resort. Attitash Mountain Village hopes to see you again very soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Attitash Mountain Village. The unit has three floors a full kitchen and a mini-kitchen. There were two full baths, each with a whilpool tub. The unit was well maintained.

The ski area is accross street. Many units are close enough to walk to the mountain. If you do not want to lug your skis, boots and poles, there is plenty of parking.

Ski tickets are reasonable and are honored at both Wildcat and Attitash.

North Conway is nearby and is worth a visit. I would stay there again.

Attitash Mountain Village is glad that you enjoyed your stay with us in Jan. 2012. It sounds like you were staying in one of our two bedroom townhouses which provide a lot of room for a traveling family. We are glad that you enjoyed the ski area right across the street from our resort. Attitash Mountain Village appreciates your business and looks forward to seeing you in the future.
