“the little ugly...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

first visit ever....the words escape me to describe the dismal atmosphere and cliental. But....once you get by the horrid physical surroundings, the joint offers up solid meals for bargin prices. Have the breakfast special at 2.99. Excellent value.

“Great food and better prices!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

The Red Garter Casino is undergoing a face lift. They are working on the exterior entrances. The casino carpet and chairs look new but the Cafe still has the old very stained carpet and furniture. The bonded leather on the chairs was worn out but the chair was still a great sit. Our service was fast and friendly but now to what you really want to hear...the food was great! I had the Spanish Omelet, filled with black olives, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese, topped with a half avocado, served with hash browns and toast. My husband had the standard; two eggs, two sausage patties, hash browns and toast plus a large glass of milk...all for $11. I hope they can maintain their prices once they remodel the Cafe .

“Prices that rival the casinos of old!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

Can't beat the $2.99 ham and egg breakfast. All of the daily specials are priced at 1990 prices. Food is tasty and there's plenty of it to fill you up. The carpet is absolutly filthy and needs to be replaced. The old murals on the walls are classics and should not be removed when the cafe is remodeled.

“STUPID staff (Manager)”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

Young girl - named Daisy - very friendly. Busers can't figure out what to do. Manager stands and watches, absolutely would NOT lift a finger to help with the hectic mess that restaurant was. carpet looks like a grease slide. Dirty looking restaurant. Food tasted good, but not worth everything else.

“Cockroach Cafe”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2012

This place is as dirty and sketchy as you can get in this town. It may be inexpensive there, but it's got a sketchy vibe.
