Despite the fairly hard sell for the national Trust for Scotland membership, we really enjoyed the visit. £26 for the 3 of us (if I remember correctly) was a reasonable charge for the visitor centre. Plenty of information both audio and visual - althought the audio did tend to overwhelm us as there was significant sound overspill from other presentations. The site itself was great and you could almost feel the tragedy which occurred on the moor.
