My stay in Hawthorn Suites was amazing! The room was clean and very nice. The employees were very nice, except one gentleman who was at the desk during the night. He was not very considerate of my needs and he was rude. I also overheard his conversation with another customer and he seemed to have no knowledge of the hotel.

“Below average.”

Its just a very old property. Old furniture, not comfy beds, dark hallways. Feels more like a "motel" feel to it.
The breakfast bar was pretty good.
The jacuzzi was hot and had good jets for sore backs.

I won't be going back.
