“Excellent for the whole family”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

Traveling with the family? This is perfect. The kids can have a good, safe, time in an area completely dedicated to them while the parent can have their own kind of fun. You cant beat the rewards program, its amazing what you can actually get for free. Visit once and you are hooked...

Not the fanciest in town but very customer friendly. Rooms clean and comfy restaurants fairly priced. Overall great place for families and friends to stay. Not a loud party mess hotel like some in town. Easy access to other properties for those who wish to game or experience ambiance elsewhere.

Great value and clean rooms. Service needs improvement for customer wait time. Lines are long for check in and I was put on hold for a long time to check out over the phone. Other than that the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Value was great compared to the surrounding hotels.

This was an older room, but I got a great price. It was large, clean, and everything was in working order. It wasn't fancy, but I didn't spend much time in it.

Just go downstairs and across a walkway and you are in the casino, which is also linked to a couple of other casinos. There are a lot of restaurants, but some of them are closed or have shortened hours on weekdays.

The exercise room was small and unattended. Some of the equipment didn't work and there was no one available to take care of them.

Room Tip: Save a lot of money by going during the week.

Was there with my wife and two kids. (7 year old boy, 12 year old girl) Room was dated but ok. I know we were staying in one of the older rooms. There is free wifi, but only for one device, if you want it on more devices you have to pay extra, something to consider with kids! There are lots of things for the kids to to, arcade, games etc but none of them are free, bring lots of quarters! The eating places were very good, and you can walk to other casino's without going outside. Reno has lots of other things to do as well. I highly recommend a day at Lake Tahoe, and a day at Virginia City both are lots of fun for the whole family,

Room Tip: HIgher floors have pleasent views usually. Ask for the North Tower, rooms are newer.

I like going to stay at a casino and getting all of the benefits without gambling a penny........

This place is beat up pretty bad,at some point they have to remodel, the rooms/rates are barely worth it, but we did sleep pretty well... and took a decent shower...the parking garage was a haul to the south tower and a $48 room with all the taxes and ups cost closer to $75....I would never pay the $135 on the weekend to stay here...Kids everywhere but what do you expect at the C

Were not able to get connecting rooms at the time. The front desk attendant went out of her way to make sure we were all together. Put our rooms across the hall which was just as good. The bar staff take care of you any hour of the day and the food is always excellent, especially breakfast at the cafe. Plan on returning soon.
