Cons: Major slow check in. Took us 45minutes and a group next to us was there when we got there and still trying to check in when we left. Pros: The people. Everyone spoke to us: bell boys, room service waiters, maids, etc.....well, everyone except the suit and tie guys who ignored you even if you spoke to them. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. We were there for a group thing with all catered meals. The catered meals were excellent. Non smoking room was clean smelling. Disabled rooms were very accessible and large enough for wheelchair maneuverability. Large place. Be prepared to walk long distances no matter what you are trying to locate.
