“Location?”

Ok so my company booked me here in early April. I had rather stayed elsewhere but on short notice this was avail. The hotel is new and staff are nice but the hotel is sitting in a back alley kinda behind a thrift store. There was a school across the street so the were kids in the parking lot and just standing on the sidewalk making it a little annoying to get in/out especially since the hotel was facing a busy airport street. The alley area at night and the surrounding are kinda gave me the creeps. Dont know if I would choose to stay here again. Maybe if some of the run down businesses were gone.

As the owner and general manager of the property, my staff and I would really like to express our apologies to you that your stay was less than satisfactory at our hotel. We understand that our hotel will not meet everyone's needs, but want to assure you that it is of the upmost importance that your experience as well as all of our guest's is excellent. The location of the hotel is in very close proximity to the airport and a great shopping area, as to maintain a quiet environment for our hotel we are set back from the main street and away from the flight path. This requires us to have our long driveway, however it is well lit and under constant survellience. We would also like to apologize about the experience you expressed with the children, it was a surprise to us that you had any issues with this at all as they are generally never on property or close to it as the main street is very busy and both the high school and our staff provide additional assistance with this, but with your comments we will be sure to continue our efforts in this matter. Reno is an upcoming city and there are many transitions taking place. We thank you for your comments and hope that you return on your next visit to the area. Please contact us if we can be of any further assistance.

“So So So Pleased!!”

We were so pleased with the Comfort Inn. We were in town for a convention at the Grand Sierra. We were so happy that we stayed here! The service was excellent! We were impressed with the cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the comfortable beds and pillows, the coffee maker in the room (most of the casino hotels don't), the continental breakfast, the free wireless internet service and the location was easy access to everything and it was in a "good" part of town! They even offer a free shuttle service to casinos, restaurants or bars. I would highy recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn for two nights and found it excellent. The room was large, spotless and the staff most friendly and helpful.

There was none of the "you guys" type greeting which I detest. The breakfast was basic but just fine.

Very near by we went to a small Indian restaurant which was excellent. It was in a shopping center. This place was well worth the visit.

“A great airport hotel”

I stay at Comfort Hotels often...
Always a great choice..
This one has clean rooms, comfortable beds,
a great staff and to top it off.. a great breakfast .
eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pastries, fruit,cereal, juice..... did I forget anything????

Just wish it was at the foot of the ski area.

Oops, forgot one thing.. if you are over 65, call in for a special unpublished rate.. a good deal gets even better..

I went up to Reno on business and did not know where to stay. I saw the reviews on Trip Advisor and chose this hotel because of the good reviews. My experience was the same. The staff very friendly, helpful and cared about your stay. New hotel, rooms very clean, everything was good. Sometimes small things matter. Two bottles of complimentary water in the room. Last hotel I stayed in it was four bucks a bottle. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. Location close to airport and short drive to everything else. This is a good place for business or pleasure. Very nice experience all the way around. Highly recommend.
