Upon arrival, we got in like as you normally would do at a casino buffet, after about ten minutes we were told we were in the seating line, and we first needed to go stand in the pay line, pay, then return to the seating line, so we did and returned to the seating line (very long). While waiting we were approached by several other people who had went through the same process we had, and they were trying to get in line in front of us, we explained to them that we had to do the same thing they did, and they needed to go back to the end of the line. Once we got to the front of the line, we were asked how many in our party, we told them 2, they said "we have a table open for a larger party, do you mind if we seat the people behind you?" looking through the dining room we noticed that there were lots of tables that were empty, so we said no, what is the purpose of making people wait in line if they do not seat you in that order! We finally got seated at a table for two in a small room that was off to the side, the table was dirty, the bucket on the table for scraps stunk and had a resin of some sort in the bottom of it. The room we sat in was loud, and being full of people and crying children made it worse. The food was limited, prime rib (very tough and bad flavor), ham, lobster, mashed potatoes, a whole bunch of Asian food, and a salad bar, and desert bar. That was it, the selection of food was terrible, the food tasted bad, with the exception of the Greek salad which of course comes from a can. The clam chowder was more like flower soup, and the deserts were obviously from a box out of the freezer!. If you are ever in the area (Reno) and you want to eat a buffet, do yourself a favor go to the Atlantis, or the Peppermill, they are priced abut the same and the quantity and quality of food, are 1000 times better.
