“Stay away!”

I haven't stayed at a Baymont for many years. If the whole chain is as bad as this one; they are all in trouble. Paid $89 for dirty carpets, dirty walls and dirty doors. The self-important gal at the front desk took great pride in telling me I couldn't check in until 3:00PM. Eventually a more intelligent employee found an available room and let us into the project. The actual room wasn't as bad as the common areas, but all in all this place is creepy! We stayed only after finding there wasn't much else available in Reno on a Saturday night.

Room Tip: Find a room as far away from this dive as possible.

Room had major carpet stains and water leaking from above window when it rained. They moved me into another room which was average. There is actually two buidings and the other one looks newer, did not see the rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel room was average need remodels in certain areas especially the corridors, add brighter lights and new flooring.

The rooms are small and poorly appointed. Desk chair was too big for the desk and would not tuck under the desk. Had to almost walk on the bed to get by. They recently tried to paint but there was paint on doors and fixtures so it looks horrible. There were ants all over in the bathroom. The grout in the shower was mildews and stained. The hot breakfast that was promised on the website was not delivered. Waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins and bagels were provided but not the eggs and breakfast meats promised on the website.
