The hotel would get 2 stars. While the night rate was very cheap, the amenties were pretty awful. While the room was non-smoking, the floor smelled smoky. The room was small, in obvious disrepair and of average cleanliness. The "free internet" had terrible reception and ridiculously slow connection speed.
The casino itself would get 3.5 stars. I'm not much of a gambler so the fact that they have cheap tables is a great selling point to me (minimum 50 cent bets on roulette vs. $1 at neighboring casinos). The weekend karaoke crowd is also quite lively.
All in all, averages to a 3 star experience: you get what you pay for.
