I like this hotel alot. Free internet, Not a great location, but sportsbook and good slots. Then comes the zinger, the last night was more than twice what they had quoted me.

Thank you for taking the time to share valuable feedback about your stay. I was happy to hear that you like the hotel with free internet, the sportsbook and good slots.
I apologize, however, for the confusion with your rate. The reservation you booked was for an advance purchase, online discount promotion. When the additional night was later added to the reservation the deeply discounted promotion rate was not available. We have addressed how these reservations are booked and hope that you will choose the Ramada Reno for your next trip to Reno.

I am pleased that the 24 hr diner was excellent value and taste and our shuttle driver is very friendly along with the front desk staff helpful. I will follow up with our team regarding the room cleanliness and the wallpaper. This is not the experience we want our guests to have and your feedback assists me with addressing these issues. This hotel is dirty, every where! Checked out at 4 am. Had to wait 10 min for someone to show at front desk. Appeared he had just awoke. Broken ice machines and pop machines that produce warm drinks. The elevators are the dirtiest I've seen.
